POST EDITED WITH INITIAL EXPERIENCES:
I copied this thread over from the M1911 forum. I think some of his findings are based upon concrete evidence. I think alot of his experience is based off of "stories". I have alot of info that I would like to add to this but its late and I am tired. The one thing people need to take out of this article is continue to engage until the BG is down. 95% of people who carry firearms do not train to properly carry them for self defense. They shoot static paper targets under pristine daylight type conditions. At the most people are honing marksmanship skills but are not actually practicing practical defense drills. The reason I posted this over here is I know we are slowly starting to get more and more people in the HnO section and wanted to get a feel for what everyone over here thought. I would like everyone to try and be as neutral about responding to this as possible. Meaning that if you are going to say something like "neat article" or "bullshit" please do us all the courtesy of elaborating.
Like I said. Its late. I am tired. I will add to this with another post tomorrow.
