Well.. I played with the Recon 1 some more today in hopes that I would like it. Its just a little to big but a great blade regardless.

I went to Redwing today and picked up a new pair of hunting/work boots and a set of nicer dress/casual shoes. They are both made by irish setter and are one of their lines of shoes. Irish Setter Lakesides and Elk Trakkers. The boots are super light and the shoes are actually comfortable. They are not my style but the wife said she loved them and wouldnt stop talking about them so I snagged them up. I paid $189 for the boots and $85 for the shoes. I hope I dont have to buy anymore shoes/boots for 2010. I got two new sets of issue work boots and 2 new pair of tennis shoes about 2 months back so I am set there also. I wanted to upload some pics offline but oh well. No luck.

I picked up a new rechargeable spotlight on sale from walmart today. Its an LED light and was 1/2 off. I have been needing one for a while and my last one got destroyed on the boat.

I picked up a new boat cover today. Now I can get to remodeling and cleaning out my garage for my up coming pistol project. I also need to rebuild a bunch of target stands for next shooting season.

Its always nice to get things done during leave that you have been procrastinating all year. I have a couple of knives I want to send to Danny to have coated and some handcuffs that need to be done also. I just got a couple of more guns to sell and its on for 2010.
