Just a theory...so is gravity, germs, cells, etc. It seems to me that you have theory and hypothesis confused. The big bang is a cosmological model of the expansion of the universe. Do you have issues with quantum mechanics? ...or general relativity? You should look into cosmic microwave background radiation if you're wanting evidence.
Not quite sure what you mean by "without needle".
I can fly in the atmosphere, I can talk to people who have been to space, I can see videos and pictures from space, If I have the funds available I can visit myself, spacecraft have traveled beyond our solar system, there is radiation in space, particles and waves exist. There are a million observable/demonstrable ways to backup the current claim.
We share common ancestry. The evolutionary process is very slow. You cannot observe much from one generation to the next. Look into speciation. There are many observed instances. Look at the changes in domesticated dogs just from the past few centuries. Imagine what can happen when you have a timescale of tens of millions or even hundreds of million of years.
The burden of proof lies on those who make the supernatural claim, not those who are skeptical of it. If you openly subscribe to a particular viewpoint you should expect scrutiny. The US was founded on secular principles. The gov't is not supposed to take any stance on religion. You can still pray in school all you want, the school just can't sanction prayer time. The ten commandments shouldn't be displayed in any government building.
What do crime rates have to do with anything? You can't show any sort of direct correlation. It makes equal sense for me to come to the conclusion that since Ben and Jerry's discontinuation of their Halloween flavored ice cream, crime rates have gone up. Ergo, Halloween flavored ice cream prevents crime. Violent crime in Atlanta has actually decreased btw.
