i am alarmed about my weight loss. My metabolism is very high and I do smoke ab out a 3 cigarettes eery other day. At one point I was 165lbs. Stress over the last couple years and i hit maybe 155. recently i went through a tough financial time and droped to 150. I have been eatin regularly since August, but still had been having some bad stress but its gotten 10x better in the last month and a half. I do not exercise at all. Most exercise I get is maybe a half mile walk ever couple of days if even that often. I just got on the scale and I have lost another 2lbs. WTF is wrong with me? how can i get my old weight back?
