Default Buying 4000 sq ft house need roommate

The basement is about 2000 sq ft and its a brand new house. I am looking to finish the basement so you will have your pick of 1 of 3 bedrooms then when I get the basement done then you can live down there and have all your privacy you want. I am also making stone steps from the basement to the driveway. House is being built now,, has 3/2, hardwood floors,2 sitting rooms, breakfast nook, dining room, lvg room, family room,fireplace,2 car garage, stone front porch,, half acre lot. Its on 129 right before jefferson in this brand new sub divsion. I am thinking only like $400 a month but I dont know.

Its not that I cant afford it, its just every little bit helps and why not have an extra 400 in my pocket. BUT THE basement is close to 2000 sq ft. If you measure thast what u come up with and thats bigger then most 2 bedroom apts.
