Krav Maga

My brother does Krav Maga, its been all the rage in Cali lately. He seems to like it. He says the first month is near impossible and some of the shit they do in training like standing in a dimly lit room room surrounded by people with flashlights focused on your eyes while as many as 3 other dudes spar you...its basically fight training under the worst case scenarios

Yeah... I'd never heard of it until recently. I like it because it is great self-defense and an awesome workout. Very different from anything I've ever tried.
