Serato scratch live is not for scratching. Every Dj owns this. You ever see a DJ with a laptop in front of their face? it comes with a little power box, cables and 2 records and the program. you load all your MP3 music in there and it sends a signal to the records so you dont have to cary any music with you and at the same time having to use turntables still. also it comes with 2 CDs for CDJs as well.. i recommend you look it up.

just think about which one you think you would actually use more, and enjoy more and go with that, if it turns out you dont like it, sell it and get the other

na if i am goin to go with a camera i am goin to go with the big shit, i know how to work the slr's to an extent where i wouldnt have a hard time using, i fuckin sell the shit so im around them constantly. but its just like what Guy said. it all depends on which one i would use more, im leaning heavily towards the tables

LOL, everyone wants a DSLR. Look, to be blunt about it. If you are even having to ask yourself this question then you do NOT need an SLR. SLR's are in investment that never ends. Everybody thinks they can just buy an SLR and their photos will be like a pro. Its not gonna happen. Speedminded proved that with a Sony P&S anything is possible. His old P&S photos still blow away 2/3 of the newbs on here that bought SLRs.

The fact of the matter is you will do what you want no matter what anybody on here says. So these threads are worthless to begin with. My advice for what its worth, buy the turntables and a good point and shoot camera. Keep the point and shoot next to your turntables and have fun. Just remember to take pics of the drunk chicks dancing in front of your table. lol

Cool. Maybe you will be putting out mix tapes before long. Then all the IA photogs will be taken pics of you at clubs.
