    thats funny man... but i have the luck to have been my own loan officer, processor, underwriter and sold my loan in secondary! you see it pays to be in the biz and work for a large servicer.. Although I dont work there anymore.. I got the employee hook up.. no screws laying around this house homie

    I thought maybe he was implying that you should have went with a 15 year loan and saved on the interest. I figured you took the 30 year cuz you plan on selling it. I could be wrong though.
