Temperature is very important to the yeast. Make sure you keep the temps steady. Keep the keg someplace away from a lot of light and away from moving air (vents).

Yeast generally prefers warmer temps too, so the brew time depends on a lot of things. Dont just wait exactly 1 month and hope it will turn out ok. Taste it after 23-25 days and make sure its on track.
