A few friends and I had a beer brewing operation for awhile. We usually got batches of around 40-45 bottles and tried quite a selection of different kinds of beers. Some turned out good, some didn't. We always had best luck with IPAs.

It's definitely something I'd like to do when I have a good place to do it. But everyone had different schedules and everyone involved either lived on campus or in an apartment (I didn't want my place to always smell like bread), so it just kind of phased out.

    Good luck with it man!

Sorry but fermenting my own yeast water doesn't sound appealing, it sounds dirty. I'll let companies do it for me.

It seems like theres always someone at tech making beer. There was some fabled beer makers in our building last year when I lived on campus in NAA.

Yeah, that doesn't surprise me in the least.

It wasn't us though, we brewed most of the time off campus but a few times at some of the guys' fraternity house.
