Actually, that's where it goes in a weird direction.

"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." - 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

Sexual immorality is a sin of the flesh, commited only by mortal men. The "immaculate conception" as it's called, was a miracle of God and not commited by a sexually immoral act of the flesh.

It's weird and tough to translate, but I think the point comes down to the law pertaining only to mortal man or something of that nature.
