Ideally, a great deal of the money would be from other areas. For example, the cost of the Iraq war, bull**** programs like foreign aid to Israel (Israel has the 16th highest per capita GDP in the world, this aid only functions as a subsidy for U.S. defense contractors) and rational high bracket tax revisions would do it and then some.
