    Anything is just about better than renting. Having something that fits what most people are looking for, will help you sell quick when your ready. Most people want atleast 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and a 2 car garage. Some will settle with a 1 car garage. But no one wants to share 1 bathroom for example. 2 bedrooms are hard to sell to familys, or married couples.
