    Default My parents new old skools

    Went home for Christmas and got to play with my parents "new" toys. My mom got a 48 Chevy Fleetmaster and my dad got a 59 Chevy short bed big window truck. Add these to the 67 Camaro and my 59 Chevy long bed truck.
    My moms car had all the fenders and grill off when I got there so I got sucked into assembling it. It still has the original interior, 216 eng, and trans. The only real rust is in the trunk.
    My dads still has the original 283 engine and 3 speed trans. Only the typical rust, nothing crazy.
    Should be fun projects. My moms will have a small block and built to be a driver. My dads will remain original for the most part.

    Looks good man. My grandpa had a truck just like the one your dad got. Mind you this was ALONG time ago. Throw some updates out later if you're able.
