Not a possibility. The reason why we have the death penalty is to get rid of a "monster" I guess you could call it. So if we killed that person the same way he killed, then whoever had toi kill him would be no less a monster than he is. Am I correct.

Example. Say one man takes another man he is angry at and ties him to the back of his truck and drags him through the desert and kills him. And say he gets the death penalty for it. Now the reason he got the death penalty was for the crime he committed and for being an unsafe person. Now if he was killed in the same way, the person driving the car would be the same thing he is...a monster. Just my
