I've heard there's oil in Alaska, but not nearly as much as the middle east. I could be wrong, but I think they control something like high 20's, or 30 something percent of the worlds oil. Especially the Saudi royal family. If it's a humanitarian effort, then why not go to hmmm N. Korea?
