... gah that sucks... i almost made a mess like that myself couple weeks ago..

i set some dishes in the sink.. and one on the counter.. somehow or another i must have barely bumped the faucet and turned it on.. i mean seriously it was hardly running... well i went in my room to play some x box.. i kept hearing water noises but paid no attention since i have a 55 gallon tank in the living room.. well hours later i got to let my dog out and my kitchen floor is soaked end to end with water.. i get it cleaned up and a bit later the person who lives underneath us knocks on the door saying there is water dripping from their ceiling.. we call maintenance and they come take a look...

i figured the apt would fine me for damage.. but that's all i heard of it..
