    This is the wrong place to ask for any kind of of information regarding firearms. There are about 5 people on here that I have ever seen speak intelligently about them.

    RIGHT! You have to be sure when talking about a gun... Cops can't take any chances. I drive a big truck and most people cannot see in my window. I asked a cop and he said that it was concealed if the officer could not see it when approaching the vehicle. That I should tell the officer, but be prepared for them to be "on guard".
    It either has to be in plain sight, or locked up. Can be loaded.

    Oh yeah, 40 cal Baby Eagle...
