there is alot of missinfomation here...you CAN plead NOLO (a plea of "nolo contendere" means that the defendant neither admits nor disputes the charge) under the age of 21. ive done it. You cannot plead nolo under 21 for a DUI though, or if you are under the age of 18. in this case if the prosecutor(im guessing thats who you talked to) is telling you how to get out of it, DO IT! also there is a loophole in the Nolo clause, you can only plead it every 5 years, but it only counts toward like offences, and typically only in the same county. i have successfully pleaded no lo 3 times from age 19-22. My best advice though if you have the money is to get a lawyer. most times they can save you court costs and have the violation dropped to a lesser charge (ie too fast for conditions). then you can save that no lo.
