well I know for a fact that my buddy who has connections ALL OVER THE DAMN PLACE is getting 6...

when the 360's came out, he got 2 cases of the premium ones..

another friend of mine who has a small business is supposed to be getting 4 of them...

when I was working during the dayshift lastyear when the 360's came in through the trucks we stuffed like 4 boxes of them away and bought a majority of them.. but this year I work on nightshift so I won't be able to grab a few.. but after the release date I could come into some before xmas..

but all those ps3 my friends have are spoken for.. well, kinda... the money is there.. but their waiting until a few days after to see how much people are paying for it on EBAY then they'll sell them.. if I had the cash like that I'd buy one.. but its not that crucial.. I'll wait til the v2 come out and whatever problems they will have will be worked out

from what he's saying there are 400,000 preordered ones coming to the US for the release date which he said was the 17th?

He's getting them NOV 1st. placing them on ebay for $1800 a pop..

Wow. No disrespect to anyone wanting a PS3 but I am so *not* wanting to drop half a K on a machine that only plays $60 video games that I still have to go out and buy. In two years the price will probably be down to $300, which is when I'll think about getting a used one (assuming I still have the time/desire to play it)

PS2 had a bug on them when they first came out. First the connectors in the back didnt secure tight, and like mine after 2 years they stop loading. So Im a wait and get a PS3 but in the mean time....Im a grab me some Mugen rims or possibly buy some more porno.
