R U serious? Who has time to try and find out about every product offered. Consumer Reports and JD Power are reliable sources for information on products. I also don't live and die by what they say but for the most part they are accurate and unbiased as you can truly ask for.

lol... you guys are funny. what mercesdes or bmw has ever in HISTORY been able to claim a 5 star car from consumer reports for 5 straight years.....????

didn't think so.... now the LS430 on the other hand can claim that

and if luxury = bmw/mercedes then you can have them and all of their problems.

and since is it considered "luxury" when you take in your 745LI for servicing and they give you a toyota camry as a loaner.... what does that tell you?? HAHAAHHAAHAHAHAAA

yeah, in connecticut, the largest bmw dealer there gives toyotas (camry's/corollas) for all of their loaner cars.... guess they realized they cost less to maintain and are much more reliable

    how you like them apples?

    BAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!

At least Infiniti dealers give out G35s (and we have two QX56 loaners on top of that), and I am pretty sure Lexus gives out at least ES's. Must I get into the fact that RBM gives out FORD TAURSES as Loaners?! BAHAHAHAHHAHA!!

I got two loaners when I took my M3 in for service. The first time I got a beaten to shit Elantra from Hertz because that was all they had. It was a piece of shit that looked like it was used for smuggling drugs. The second loaner I got was an X5 and it wasn't so bad. The thing is I had to make appointments like two weeks in advance in order to get any kind of a loaner at all. If I made an appointment less than a week in advance then it was MARTA time.

That is horrible. We have enough loaners were it doesn't have to be like that.

They probably do not have enough laoners, because they have so many people having service problems with their cars.

Lexus does give out RX's, ES's, IS's and the occasional GS and SC. I have had my car in once to get a rear spoiler installed and received a GS430 as a loaner.

Not that im trying to defend MBZ or anything, but everytime I've seen a RBM loaner car, its always been a newish c-class.

With Infiniti I would go in for an oil change and they'd drop me the keys to a G35 just in case I had to go to work.. if they were out of loaners the manager would offer his demo.. a Q45 I believe it was.

Since when? I have never seen RBM give out an actual MB as a loaner. Mercedes of Buckhead gives out C-Classes as loaners, though.

That's what we do, or we put them in an Enterprise car if we were that out of loaners (which only happens once in a blue moon).

actually....Braman in Miami is the largest BMW dealer. BMWNA doesn't give cars to dealers to use as loaner cars unlike some of other named companies. All of that is determined if something like a loaner is valuable on the wholesale side. But since when does what you get as a "courtesy loaner" have to do with being luxurious. I drive a 7 series, x5, x3, 3's, 5's, and m's at least once a week, whereas the Lexus, Infiniti, Mercs, and other "high line" automobiles not so often. I personally feel that BMW does make certian things more enjoyable in each class compared to their competitors. Yet, trying to make all of you who have never even driven a high end bmw, or hell most any bmw hard to realize that it truly is a more enjoyable, quality ride.

And in other news about wholesale...Guess who is number 1 at the Atlanta Auto Auction, West Palm Auto Auction, Nade, and, Riverside Auto Auction (4 of the top 5 selling wholesale auction in the WORLD). Yes thats right BMW.

There is about 7 different factors in determing the rankings. If you want them i'll tell you, but you probably still will not understand and want to argue.

E46 M3 is what I had. You'd think having bought a $60,000 car would get you better treatment. I traded it on an EVO because I decided if I was going to get Mitsubishi quality service (crap) from BMW then I may as well just save myself some money and buy a Mitsubishi. At least I know to expect shitty service from Mitsu.

It's no secret that if you want the best customer service you buy a Lexus. Only Ferrari hooks you up better than Lexus, and that's only if you buy a new Ferrari (which means buying 2 or 3 used ones at over MSRP before you can even buy a new one) and have a good salesman.

That being said I will probably buy another BMW someday. I like the new M5 and the 335i, too. But if I do buy another BMW I will not expect much from them in the way of good service, which is BS for the amount of money they charge.

I don't demand a BMW loaner but I do demand someting better than a fucked up Hyundai that had a broken doorhandle and torn up interior. Especially when I booked my service appointment 12 days ahead of time just so I could get a loaner at all.

what round is this? Round 3?

Anyways, I agree man, Lexus gives you the best customer service. I mean, they (Lexus of South Altanta) even came to my girl's work place (in Alpharetta) drop off a brand new RX330, and TOW the IS250 to their place for 15K miles services. Then do the same next day when returned the car with a FULL TANK of gas. Never once did they drive her car back and forth.

My infiniti Dealer is nice, but not that nice compared to Lexus. I give lexus the two thumbs up in customer service.

Talk about that, my Bro dropped of his BMW 745Li to get service, guess what car they loaned him, a fucking enterprise Focus. What the fuck is that?

Anyhow, regardless, as of now, I'd like to own the new BMW 335i Coupe. Too bad I already have the G35. If I'd go for a better car, GT-R or the new Lexus Luxury Sport model would be my choice.

Lexus does give out RX's, ES's, IS's and the occasional GS and SC. I have had my car in once to get a rear spoiler installed and received a GS430 as a loaner.
Yes, Lexus loans RX/ES/IS 250.....though they do have a few "special" loaners for "special" customers.....I had the RX 400h before......

actually....Braman in Miami is the largest BMW dealer.

If you want them i'll tell you, but you probably still will not understand and want to argue.

ok.. thank you for letting me know that you can't come up with one valid fact why bmw is better besides your opinion. and please do NOT confuse performance with luxury.

bmw is still luxury, however with a focus on performance. while mercesdes gears more toward luxury and class.. then you move on to lexus. they might not be the fastest on the road, but they are luxurious and more importantly RELIABLE... if im spending more money, its gonna be on a car that will last, not one that will make me seem like im richer. thanks.

    el oh el...

dont get me wrong guys... i still love bmw's... and amg's... i've loved the e30 m3 for over a decade... then following i had the pleasure if driving an e36 M3 sedan with a few mods for a few years... i loved that car. but i hated how the headgasket broke at 50K, the tranny broke at 56K, the differential broke around 60k.. the aluminum key thing broke during the servicing of the differential.. and so on and so on..

but Luxury is much more than lexus, bmw and mercesdes... true luxury is Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin... etc etc...

Bentley's are overrated . I've driven a couple different generations of them. Only driven/riden in a new Phantom which was simply a-mazing, and driven a db7, db9, and vanquish. Yeah....i love my job.
