I've worked the the appliances and electronics field for several years, and some of the products they rate the best are from it. Take for instance panasonic plasma's, Consumer reports has rated that tv #1 for three years in a row. That tv is a garbage box compared to hitachi or toshiba which cost less. I could give you 50 more examples

R U serious? Who has time to try and find out about every product offered. Consumer Reports and JD Power are reliable sources for information on products. I also don't live and die by what they say but for the most part they are accurate and unbiased as you can truly ask for.
