Anyway, Nissan just released pricing for the new Japanese Skyline aka our G35.....It will start right at $32,000, which is a lot of car for the money. The interior is 10 times better for one, you get the new VQ with 306hp and I am sure stock, its a great drive.

The Skyline coupe aka our G35 coupe will come next year.

For those that can't afford a G35 coupe but want a new car that looks like one, the Nissan Altima coupe will debut next year and it looks very similar to the G35 coupe which is a good thing, though it will be FWD.

87-91 for US Spec E30 M3s. The 91s were over runs of the 90 models.

We did not even have the ultimate E30 M3 available in the States.

E30 M3 Evo II or III, 2.5L 4 cylinder producing 238bhp!?!?!!??! that is only 2hp less than my 99 M3...

"BMW easily sold all 5,000 production M3’s required to enter DTM. They even sold a few special editions like the M3 Evo II & III that took the formula even further. Engine displacement increased from 2.3 liters to 2.5 liters pushing 238hp. They also added enlarged wheels, spoilers, and fender flares to improve grip, stability, and drag. On the racetrack, the M3 won many races and held the honor for the employees at BMW Motorsports Division. Don’t forget these are some of the same individuals who helped develop the M1, M5, and the V10 F1 engine, which has shown that they can beat their competitors like Mercedes, Ferrari, and Ford (Jaguar) on a regular basis. What does this all mean to its road going competitors of the day like the Lancia Delta, Cosworth Ford, and the previously mentioned 190E2.316V? It meant from a driving standpoint this car was superior."

Also, it is the HP war, same as the 60s. They will all fall off here soon, do not know exactly when but it will happen.

Please post of some more biased car mags!!!

ROFL, shows how much you "love" cars when you read the CRAP that those articles put out.

Read CAR... Get unbiased opinions, its a British magazine.

Power is far more than ample both on the road and on the racetrack, where the G35 Sport felt more at home than did either the BMW 330i or the Lexus IS350.

-Hmmm so they compared the SPORT package to the non-sport package of the 330 and is350?!?!!!? wow and the sport package was better... That is a big suprise... (biased article)

The power feeds through a six-speed manual gearbox that's the personification of precise engagement-it makes BMW's 3 Series manual transmission seem rubbery...
-Calling a ZF or Getrag Rubbery is PLAIN STUPID, obviously the writer is a moron

20 percent more horsepower than the 330i...Infiniti's redesigned 3.5 liter V6 feels more broadly muscular than before.

-Thats funny, With 20 percent less power it is somehow is faster, maybe that tranny and diff gearing is better than the previous moron thought

The new "skyline" the real one will be sick no doubt.

And I cannot wait for the 335i sedan! That 300bhp is WAYYY underrated. They have been dyno'd at 288 to the wheels STOCK.

The power feeds through a six-speed manual gearbox that's the personification of precise engagement-it makes BMW's 3 Series manual transmission seem rubbery...
LOL, someone has never driven an S2000. The getrag 6 speed is more rubbery than a box of trojans compared to the trans in the S2k.

G35 is the Nissan Skyline in Japan.
GT-R is coming a seperate car. No more skyline gtr.
btw Lexus exists in Europe but not Infiniti so CAR or EVO or TopGear wont be able to test the G35 unless they import it....

The new Skyline/G35 is awesome, make no mistake about it!
Also look at ALL reviews, not just
one source to be fair. Motor Trend tested the 330 vs new G35 and the 330 won.
The 335 has 300hp and two turbos.....and the new G35 has 306hp.....normally aspirated. Hmm.....

Having fun comparing the OLD bodystyle G35, which isn't even part of this arguement?

Oh, and since I see that there are 70 guests viewing this thread (probably from Bimmerforums) should I post a link on FreshAlloy to make something so stupid even FURTHER out of hand?

I tell ya, do love BMWs, but I damn sure can't stand their owners.
