Sorry. That was probably me. I am teh suck at typing sometimes. Go ahead call me an idiot. Why not end yourself while your at it. And let ME get a few things straight asshole - I'm FAR from your 'stereotypical BMW owner. I drive an old $2k beater E30 and a new Jeep. Grow the fuck up asshole.

I do enoy talking about the superiority of BMW. But don't ever, EVER call me an 'hollier-then-thou ass', cause, well, you don't fucking know me. I drive an old BMW, mainly, for the sportyness of it. And I have less than $2k into it. I'm not afraid to admit it. I drive a new Jeep Compass, albiet fairly against the grain for a Jeep, but still a suburban grocery getter none the less for a daily. Some of the newer BMW's, no I'd enver consider owning, due to the rediculous maintenence costs on some of teh newer cars, and the non-ability to do maintenence on some of the newer cars, such as the M5, which now has no engine dipstick, requires the BMW factory dealer scantool to check the engine oil level during an oil change. I'm not saying every BMW is the greatest thign ever. But the competition sure does leave alot to be desired.

Grow up? I am the one that needs to grow up when you two come into my thread and continue to compare cars when it has nothing to do with this thread and is not what I was doing? Hmm....sure seems like a stereotypical BMW owner to me. The fact that you drive an E30 just makes you a logical one. I can't think of a better bang-for-the-buck then the E30 3 series.

A Lexus, yeah, I'd consider them a luxury brand, and I enjoy the feel of a Lexus, I've driven a couple of the newer ones. And I'll even go as far as admitting you do get a good bang/buck wiht most Lexus. Not all, but most. But they still don't compare with a comparable BMW. Price might be a lil steeper on a comparable Bimmer, sometimes not. All depends. Although, I said nothing about washing the cars. I agree with DinanM3ATL on that fact, but that points moot.

Honestly, I wouldn't own a Lexus. Hell, I wouldn't buy an Audi, or even this new G35 actually. I was just using the brands as an example for the ridiculous "enclosed trailer" nonsense that came up. I personally don't give a shit how a car comes, as long as it isn't fucked up when it gets there.
