CALLOUT burnouts at V

I would have stopped them had I been there, but the V is just getting too out of hand. Then again, I am a 30 year old man. Maybe I should come and stop them one time. I wonder how quickly I can get the police there...

Of course they can do something, the law doesn't end at property lines. There are any number of reasons the cops could go in there and breaking it up - the noise, for example. I live a block away from the V and I can hear the burnouts loud and clear all night long. I think they're funny, but I know a lot of people around here hate it, and if enough residents complain about the noise they'll do something about it.

Personally, I think the cops tolerate the V because it's only once a month and they'd rather see kids blowing off steam in a parking lot by doing burnouts than have to deal with them out street racing.
