That's what I was gonna advise...You know you always have the option of calling the company he works for stating that he was taking your business to do at home and then stole your products which may have ended up at their store.
Also, another idea might be to call him and get some of the things he says on tape. Afterwards when you show up at his house saying that he stole the stuff (with the cops) and he denies it, ask him if you can use the recordings of the phone calls in court. Offer him a copy of the tape, as well. Whatever you bring to court, he has to have a copy for court preparation, otherwise you can't use it. He also has to offer permission to use it unless you get a warrant from the police and you turn it in to them as evidence. Once this is all done and a police report is filed, he'll probably fold. If not, take him to small claims court. :idb: him wasting your gas, time off work, damage to car from him working in it, damage to equipment, or just stolen equipment all together.

Let's start a long-ass line of cars. Imagine being him...sitting watching TV and hearing a bunch of engines slowing down outside your house. Look out your window and see about 20-50cars lined up rolling in, each car having at least two guys step out. They start walking to your house..none of them smiling, but a few of hte biggest guys laughing. Have the dude who got screwed lead the pack and pull up in the driveway, everyone else lining both sides of the street. Have half of them head for the front door, the other half heading to his cars with a bunch of tools and jacks and just start pulling the car apart. Have everyone wear gloves. Don't take anything...just pull every part off his car(s) that you can. Have the half that walked up to the door just knock and say "you've got 48 hours". Then just have everyone get back in their cars and leave.
Personally...I think I'd send the wife and/or kids (if there are any) out the back. Then shit myself.

Listen man...im not talking shit in here. Im telling what happened. He did do great work for me when he built my system the first time....he over promised and under delivered...but everything worked out fine.
This time...it was Fed up from the beginning. If you want to deal with him..fine...Ive learned my lesson the hard way, as have other people who have delt with him. These people, like myself, arent just little punk kids looking for deals. He has done work on some high profile cars...and he has fucked the owners of thse cars as well.

paid $300 for a box and some shit for a trunk. then audio pro 'moved to a new location' could get ahold of him for a long ass time. finally decided to go to traffic jams to see if i could have my trunk finished.. 2 days later, oh shit, john calls me hearing i wanted my shit finished by traffic jams. so he tried to talk me into getting my car to him for a weekend so he could finish it.
i never went through with it because i had decided to finish it on my own.
anyway. i havent heard back from him.

Ok, I think everyone has goten the point of the situation. My posts did what i wanted them to do...make everyone aware of the situation and what was going on, and to becareful of any further dealings with J Morgan. I dont want ANY OF US to stoop to the level he has dropped to and start saying things inappropriate.
