I just to let everyone know what a piece of S#@T John Morgan the "Car Installer" there in atlanta is...

He and I made a deal for him to complete the stereo in my civic. He had the car for 2 weeks and he said he was working on it ...yet 3 days later he stopped answering and returning my phone calls, tetx messages and emails. I started to get worried. Finally i went down there to pick up my car, equipment and all equipment he had been given....

I get there...NOTHING HAD BEEN STARTED. NOt to mention after alot of lies and jumping through hoops...he finally admitted HE SOLD SOME OF MY EQUIPMENT!!!

NOW he is telling me I am in the wrong... EVERYONE BEWARE OF ANY DEALINGS WITH HIM. He is working at the Circuit City on Venture RD. DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE THERE...HEW may F It up.

I want to warn everyone about him.. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he F'ed me....

I know exactly how he feels. Lucky for me the asshat never sold any of my stuff, but I was put out a decent chunk of money because of him.

But why would he be so ballsy as to go and sell equipment that belongs to you?! That seems a little hardcore even for him.

i Wanted to post in every section in here....but i hit the ones i think most people will see. this needs to be seen!

No, he was doing the work at his house. So, no there was no WorkOrder. I did have my friend David with me when i dropped the car and equipment and he was there when i went to pick it all up. So there is a witness.

Any suggestions on anything i CAN do?

well i would threaten to get the police involved if the equipment or the $$$ for it is not replaced... really the only thing you can do

Go to Gwinnett County police department and file a report for theft by conversion. You will need as much detailed info as possible... such as serial numbers to the equipment, etc... anything that will help them ID it all if it's tracked down.

Your witness will need to give his statement as well.

How is he saying you're in the wrong???Q!

Damn man that really fuckin sucks. The post about filing a report for Theft by Conversion is probably your best option. Then again some good old southern justice and an old fashioned ass whoopin wouldn't hurt either

Ill call them today...Gwinnett Cops. Dunno if i can do it by phone or if i have to drive BACK down there...it would be a wrthwhile drive....

here is where he and i left it this morning after i called him at his house....
he says its not his problem. he said he will get the amps or the money to me. but he has lied all the way through...soo..i dont honestly believe him. He told me that if i called him again he would get the amps back and take a picture of them being thrown out his car window going 60 mph down I85 in atl...

how F'ed up is THAT!!

yeah, i dont quiet know how its MY fault. when i was "talking" with him this morning he started cussing and saying slanderous things about me after he said the bit about taking a pic of the amps being trown out the window...

So i said John, you are theone that F'ed up here...how is this MY fault? then he just continued to cuss at me and tell me what i can and cannot do .. . etc...

so to answer your question, i do not know.

You know you always have the option of calling the company he works for stating that he was taking your business to do at home and then stole your products which may have ended up at their store.

i have known john for a long time and i gave him more chances than anybody on here.
sucks that he would never stop and think all the crap that he was doing to people was going to backfire on him.
