the sheriffs at the monroe county jail said that if i come into court on my court date and show them that i have a vaild dl that i can get a refund on the 700 that i paid is this true anyone know??
as for all of you that said i got what was coming to me...and i shouldnt have been speeding...etc....YOU'RE RIGHT...i whole heartedly agree...but shit happens that is out of your control......

I was told that they have to show u, atleast thats what the guy in stone mountain told me, ask abou it in court, im sure the judge will tell u. The DL thing happen to a friend, and he did get refunded... b/c they suspended his license by accident and he didnt know, and he got a check from the county for his fine he paid.
