halfwit, I am not a ricer. I was not disturbing people, I was in a line of cars all with exhaust. I just happened to be in back. He pulled out a u turn and followe me for at least a mile before pulling me over. My exhaust is not that loud, it has a cat, plenty of other cars around that are much louder. He just wanted to pick on me I guess. By the way his job is to protect and serve. My exhaust wont hurt anybody.
