    Default Midol and a Chihuahua

So yesterday, our puppy Skyler decided that he would eat 10 Midol. Keep in mind that he only weighs 6 lbs. (The equivalent of an adult consuming an entire bottle of Tylenol at one time) Anyway, Rick and I rushed him to the Emergency Animal Clinic where they immediately took him back to engage vomiting. Finding none of the pills in his stomach, they decide to keep him overnight and pump him full of fluids. After a big scare and a nice bill, Rick picked him up this morning and he's doing great!

I know... Skyler was an anniversary present from Rick. I don't know what we would have done if he didn't pull through.

I'm too broke to pay for some shit like that, thats why I try to put everything up so my little one doesn't get one..

but my Gnanny had surgery on her Huskies leg and paid over $10,000 for the dog over a year in medical bills.. ----- she really loves that damn dog

there is pet insurance, I had it for my old cocker spaniel. Its has saved me about 2-4k easily in the short 2 years I had it. I had medicine discount, free walk ins and a whole lot more

Here is a word of advice.....save yourself the money and do that yourself. Our dog ate a months supply of birth control pills one day, we called the ER VET and she told us to pour some hydrogen peroxide in her mouth and that would make her vomit everything up.

Sure enought about 3 minutes and a bunch of yucky sounds, she was good to go and there was 27 pills on the ground. Keep in mind....DO NOT DO THIS INDOORS !!!
