Errm.. I don't think it's really fair to decide anything until Tracy gets a fair chance to respond. I know she's been out of town at an event all weekend, and there's 7+ threads about what happened at the Varsity.
In response to the question posed, I don't think banning Will and Tracy will solve anything, honestly. You'd have to ban the ENTIRE group of Speedmonkey and people who have problems with BG, and the ENTIRE BG group and all their supporters. Which isn't really a viable option, I think.
