    Thats actually Washington Concepcion ( Real name ), The V.J. for V.I.V.A . His RADIO Name is WASHINGTON PARTY, You know Celebrity name. . He Also Use to work In Miami and LA MEGA in New York... His humble beginings was at my Pops Strip joints..
