    0: Why do you have to be 18 to buy condoms at Wal*Mart?
    not true, i was 17 and walked into wal-mart, grabbed some, walked to the self check out and was fine.... hell if they would have said something i would say "i'm getitng laid tonight, either you sell me these or i go free skin...would you want to be the cause for more unwanted children with out homes?
