No it's not. It's much MUCH harder to go from 13 to 12 than it is from 17 to 15 seconds. People can run 17s all day long and pull a good 60' and boom - run a 15.5. Getting a 12 takes a lot more if you were running 13s before. The faster you get the harder it is to squeeze time off your E.T. Wait 'till you get into the 12s, Paul, you'll find out, heehe. You can build 2-3 civics to what the evo cost, yeah - because parts are cheap as hell, who cares? If you like civics, build a civic. If you like evos, build an evo.
