Before I really got into car things, and I just went to go look at the cars at shows, Team ECI always stood out to me and always won the awards.

t-emotion and 935draggers (i didn't vote for 935, because nearly every car they have is tacky, but they do have some wild shit)

Loaded question. It depends on what you want.
935 Draggers has the HIN locked up, and ECI did too when they were out in force. The diff is 935 is punks w/ overdone/gaudy cars, ECI was CLEAN show cars and cool peeps. Emotion has some of the cleanest cars, but nothing here locally except Tim...right?
UnderPressure has the lock on showable race cars, props to them for taking a diff approach.
IMO,the Allstars is still doing things different, Intentionally. We arent real concerned about trophies, member #s....and thats what is separating us from normal show teams, not saying better or worse, But a diff aproach we take w/ product use and promotion. (numerous free cars from automakers this year says we are close to the top as well) Also having many REAL WORLD fast, not "dyno queen" show cars is making a stand. Its expensive to make a 400+ whp competitive show car...And this year we wil have several, and they will see the track also.

In the end theres too many variables, I found where I fit, and others have found different places they fit. Its what makes the scene continually enjoyable.

Emotion is no joke. That team has about 9-10 cover cars. I have at home about 9 or 10 mags with the cover car having emotion on the front bumper. But I still voted for Elite. Allstars and Eci are awsome too.

I think all the teams are so different from each other it is crazy. Allstars aproach is marketing, 935 will approach any and every car that wins at a show focusing mainly on numbers, ECI is starting a new approach on the scene leaning more towards the show worthy performance end, and Elite prides itself in not only being active in shows all over the East coast but also one of the most active teams in the local scene at all the small shows. Team Solo is a good group of guys as well, I have a bunch of friends in that team.

Like Greg said, every team provides something different which basically means there is a team out there for any type of person. My hats are off to all the teams for their effort to continue to keep the scene active. When it comes down to it, it's all about meeting new people. I love meeting new teams and their members because it is always fun to go to a show, regardless of the state, and know people there.
