    Default So some people owe me money and won't pay me

    So i try to talk to her and she keeps blocking me.
    She claims she sent a check western union and i cashed it the 14th of December in alpharetta when i didn't start going back to alpharetta meets till this month.
    Well i try to talk to her on different aim names which she keeps blocking. And on the phone which she rejects. So i get QD to talk to her...(family of some sort)
    Well i threaten litigation against them and she comes back with:
    I can counter sue for:
    To qd: I can get him for harrassment too on our forums
    http://www.tunersunlimited.net
    http://tuners.suddenlaunch3.com/index.cgi message boards to harrass her and her club for me if you want . . .it'll be fun plus they can use the traffic and some new members too!!!!

    then she says
    deflamation of charcter i guess i hit them with a fire exhtinguisher one to many times to deflame her...hahaha. anyways its looking like i'm not gonna get my money...

    550...they were in financial trouble...and yeah...being the nice guy i am i offered to help with things...then they moved to florida.

    okay, so she said she "western union'ed' you the money, right? well, that was obviously a lie, I hate to tell you, but the last thing you do is loan money to someone who is leaving town! How do you know this person, ex? family? or just good friend? If you loaned her money, and at the time of loaning she said she would or knew that it had to be paid back...you have a standing oral agreement which is held up in the ga courts...if you take a case out, you're going to pay some court fees and whatnot, if you copies of emails and such anything to help your case, you'd probably win, but that's if you are persistent....

    if it were me, I'd already have a small claim suit just for the principle and they could counter all they want, because the judge will most likely throw it out because they are countering you because you want your money back....

    to be honest with you, I bet she is just playing the "bluff", she just said counter suit to scare you off, most counter suits are used that way....luckily for us, once she gets "served" the papers to appear in court for the lawsuit, she'll most likely take her ass to the local city hall and see how to counter suit and find out it costs money! hahaha...

    and the best part....if and when she tries to serve you papers, when you show up to court for your lawsuit, just bring up the fact that she obviously had some money to pay you back because she was able to pay the small claim fees....
