okay, so she said she "western union'ed' you the money, right? well, that was obviously a lie, I hate to tell you, but the last thing you do is loan money to someone who is leaving town! How do you know this person, ex? family? or just good friend? If you loaned her money, and at the time of loaning she said she would or knew that it had to be paid back...you have a standing oral agreement which is held up in the ga courts...if you take a case out, you're going to pay some court fees and whatnot, if you copies of emails and such anything to help your case, you'd probably win, but that's if you are persistent....
if it were me, I'd already have a small claim suit just for the principle and they could counter all they want, because the judge will most likely throw it out because they are countering you because you want your money back....
