Yeah I'm cool here, no hard feelings. I've heard quite a few complaints...actually a lot of the complaints had to do with things not being bolted together (ie missing or stripped bolts) which....to me just shows they rushed and did a half-assed job. Because they do have fast cars which means they are capable of doing some good work, but then on customer cars, they do half assed jobs.Originally Posted by BTLFED

Chris what happened to me was I need someone to drill and tap my manifold to turbo bolts (I didn't have the tools) so I took the car there. They took 4 hours to do the work!! Come on now, 4 hours to drill and tap 4 bolts?! After I left they told me that the gasket had fallen apart and that I should replace it....ok easy enough, take the bolts out slide the gasket in put the bolts back in. Well I managed to get a couple bolts out and they were smooth (I mean no more threads). So I ended talking with Dan who at first was willing to fix his mistake (and admit it) which was cool with me....I held no bad feelings toward them yet. So I brought in the turbo and manifold off the car. But then Dan makes another mistake and broke the water line on the turbo. Okay well he admits fault again and trys to do a temp weld job and tells me he'll order a new part....ok, irritated but still no hard feelings. The temp. weld job Dan did didn't hold up and it was leaking coolant (obvioulsy not healthy for the turbo). So I couldn't drive the car (btw this is my only car). 3 weeks go by and they had ordered the wrong part 2 different times. Another week goes by and the part comes in on a friday....the guy at the desk tells me Dan won't work on it today because he is too busy. Keep in mind it takes 30mins max to change this piece. So when I ask to talk to Dan, the guy tells me NO! Dan wouldn't come out to talk with me nor would he allow me back there to talk to him. So the next best thing was to wait for Tracy to get from lunch....no, that wasn't really a good idea either she only came back to refuse to fix the mstake at all (at least Dan said come back monday). But would you be willing to wait until monday after havin your car down due to a series of their mistakes for a 1 1/2 months?! So I said fuck it went home to do it myself....only to find out that yet again (for 4th time) Batlgrounds ordered the wrong part again.
