First of all, Ive been on this site for years and I worked at tons of shops and ran tons of local shops. You OP was very vague.

I believe i heard that Stretch and Morris did have a falling out (just rumors I have heard) so I dont know how this affects this situation. However, Stretch from what I know is a pretty nice guy, seems really grounded and Morris, while he was a hot head, Ive never seen anyone claim he was a thief or scammer.

Sounds like you went from blaming Morris to now Blaming stretch which leads me to the conclusion that you have NO IDEA who or what screwed you over.

I suggest you subpoena them both, bank records and all, and take them to court. It costs $85 to file. Sounds like they split up, and someone isnt telling the truth.
