yeah Morris from Midnight, it all started when I originally needed a tune. that went well, a few months latter had rings that went bad and decided to do a whole new turbo set up and full rebuild. it was drug out for over a year with bullshit like you need this, oh we forgot that, other customers are in front of you. So Stretch did the best he could with what money Morris hadnt already pissed away now this is also going off of what strech and a few other people have told me but apparently he decided to start using ecu's off of mine and a few other guys cars to help his boys out with their shit. Im really not looking for any sympathy or smartass opinions even though this site is full of those, the only thing behind this callout is letting that sack of shit know that Ill be seeing his ass at the next event or shop I catch wind of him being at around here. I know where i went wrong and can accept the fact that i should have never went with a shop that wasnt fully established yet, but all that aside the question I do have is what legal actions i can take towards a shop that is closed and a dude that runs to florida or new york when shit finally catches up to him. what really put me over the top is when I came to get the car from a storage building nothing was said towards me about how they were planning on doing anything to pay me back for the work that wasnt done and the parts that werent finished and to top it all of i was told if i ended up parting it out stretch wants dibs on the shell. really? you give me my car back in pieces and have the nerve to tell me you still got money to pay for my shell? Its made me hate the car i loved to death, and caused problems in my life with ones i really cared about. i just want these dudes to know that not only did they fuck me out of everything i have but they also took my piece of mind and destroyed my relationship, job, and home.
