I can already tell that neither of you have lived in black neighborhoods.

I am Mexican that grew up in a all black neighborhood and went toa 97.% black school and I was the only Mexican in all my classes,,,I would have to say Perfer to live in all Hispanic neighbor hood same race same views same interests so its better but if had to choose between white and black ,,,,I would say black because white people are too nosey and quick to call the cops on any arguement or party and black people tend to believe snitchs need stiches but I would have extra locks on my doors and check the back seat of my car before getting in in a black nigborhood,,,,

"quick to call the cops" isnt always a bad thing. Call me crazy, but i hope my neighbors "snitch" to the cops if they see someone suspicious in my yard. I'm surprised by this answer because ive met a lot of mexicans who really hate black people and said that black people targeted them for theft. I remember when i was younger and worked construction jobs there would be mexicans who probably only spoke 3 words of english and those words were "negros no good". Honestly almost every mexican ive ever met that wasnt born in the US was unusually racist towards black people.
