Go pickup some club rats. Havanna, CosomoLava, Opera, Halo, all the crap clubs in atlanta you can get what you're looking for. Most clubs guys are tools so it makes it easy.

Edit: I don't what your situation is so I don't know if my advice works for you. That's what I'd do if my sole mission was pulling strange, I hate clubs though and I no longer seek random kills.
