(apologize for bad engrish, been awake for a hour)
I'm sure Varsity sees it as a liability, from insurance or Marketing perspective. From insurance, All those cars/bikes/people in one place where someone is doing something stupid, and someone's gonna get hurt. When that person gets hurt, they're gonna sue Varsity. (Here comes the marketing part) That's gonna mean bad headlines, and lost business.
Besides, most people at the meet weren't eating there (which I think the OG's and the bikers were), so while Varsity wasn't making anything for the space they own (and that HAS to be expensive in that part of ATL).
