You dont need to get rid of your entire exhaust just to legally pass emissions.... Just swap the catalytic converters out... not the everything, just the cats... obviously the ones you have now are fucked up. Or you could just get a friend who does emissions, or do emissions yourself, and never have a problem passing = P
