What if you have a title that is clean but the car no longer exists? I have a few titles to cars that I onced owned but they are now long gone to the crusher, the title is clean and legit but the car no longer exists. What would happen if you defaulted on the loan but had no car to get? I have thought about this for a long time now. They rip people off all the time so why not get them back. I would think it would be there dumbass fault for not checking if the car exists or not.
