Lolol. My grandfather has owned prop planes since the early 1950's. Lots of fun. First trip out here from LA, I flew. I flew from Atlanta to New Jersey when I joined the Coast Guard. I LOVED it. Flying is a cool, cool thing to me. Hopefully your flight is in the daytime hours. No need to be scared, dude. Later, QD.

I hate flying with a passion. There is just something about me not having control that scares me. I've had to fly a few times though. It's not nearly as bad as you think it will be.

    Who are you flying with?

Like said above flying is no big deal, I have flown every weekend this year so far, I'll either read a book from takeoff to touchdown and have my complimentary apple juice or I will fall asleep before takeoff and wake up at touchdown, the flight obvsiouly goes by a lot faster if your sleeping, everyones different tho, some can't sleep at all.

First time flying tho there is so much cool stuff to see, it's crazy how different everything looks from up above, enjoy it.

Flying is no big deal. Just like taking the bus. Nothing to worry about. As for flying in the daytime, there is no difference in flying at night. Some flights have to be done at night. I've flown to Hong Kong, Europe, etc - they will be overnight flights everytime. I'm getting ready to fly to Hawaii, and the return flight is overnight also - just sleep for a few hours, or read a book.

For WPB - that is a very short flight, a little over an hour, nothing to worry about.

Been flying since I was too young to remember (10 months old), I've always been cool with it. Wife is like you, but she's getting better now that we've been flying around for vacations... best part is the taking off.

I fly to Jamaica almost every year for vacation, good experience to fly, and get a window seat so you can see all the good stuff.

Just have a few at the bar before you board... By the time you get in the air.... You'll be sleeping like a baby.

Worst part of your trip will be at the security checkpoint.

Flying is fun. Dont be alarmed at the nuts and bolts laying in the floor of the plane though, they are just spares...

if i remember right, the cabin air temp is raised slightly to make you feel more drowsy, at least thats what i thought i saw on the CNBC american airlines special.

As far as flying, i used to be pretty straight with it, but when i flew airtran to vegas a few years ago to pick up a car, i have not been as keen of flying.

The worst part of flying (assuming you don't have screaming children or ones kicking your seat constantly) is if your ears pop from elevation change, annoys the shit out of me. Bring an ipod or laptop, half the damn flights now have internet anyways. Don't even pay attention to being on the plane

    Of course I own this.

Ive only flew once and it was pretty cool. On the way back to Atlanta we hit a big storm with a lot of turbulence and it was pretty fun. Nothing like bouncing around in a tin can 30,000 ft above the ground . Oh yeah, your ears pop like crazy and it hurts like hell if it takes you awhile to pop them. I've heard chewing gum helps with that when ascending or descending

I am terrified of heights. I would get on a ladder if it was for something having to do with the fire dept but other than that, I keep my white ass on the ground.

Dude, dont fly, its the scariest damn thing you will do. All the time the plane is bumping up and down..turbulance all around you. Birds literally hit the windows as your flying. Man dont even get me strated if it starts to rain..holy shit! Feels like the plan looses control constantly. Im sorry you gotta get on a plane bro. I wish you the best!

You ready to board that plane now?
