    Default thiefs on a black civic 2 door.

    who the fuck drives a 96-99 honda civic 2 door in gwinett? ballheaded guy not to tall, skynny.. this fucker was following me around trying to find out were i live, i guess to come and try to still some off my car, i noticed following me cause i stopped couple times and he did to, to much fucking coincidence... POLICE NEED TO PUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER IN JAIL!!
