2 - Nobody ever gets banned without a good reason. If they do, we address the mod in question.
3 - You're exactly right. This is all stuff that you've "HEARD". Go figure -- Another whiny WL thread based off of hearsay and rumors.
In short: You're not posting anything we haven't heard before. All websites/forums are subject to changes and growth.
