I offered to settle with a lump sum, after a lot of negotiations lol, they said they could do ~3700...
They keep saying that its the last day and if I don't they'll transfer it to "gwinnett county", they never said courts, but I don't know what they mean by that and when I ask they get all unclear and that they cant discuss that because they don't know.
My question is, should I take the gamble, and let them let it go to "gwinnett" and settle it then?
or should I just go ahead and settle now? I hate dealing with these motherfuckers they're rude as fuck and I already caught them trying to scam me lol... He said he'd settle for ~2900, i'm like lets do it.... he said can I have your bank routing numbers, etc... I'm like no I'll pay debit.. he told me to hold for a second... his "manager" comes on the line all angry like hell no we said 3700, not 2900, and starts getting even more aggressive...
should I bite the bullet?
