    Shut it julian! I'm not the one who LOOKS like a 15 yr old

    free at last, free at last good news! Not Guilty on all but one count, but now I have no way to keep a legal permit for a handgun... so right now as I lay in bed caressin my persuader 12ga and such I'm breakin the law, guess I better post up a For Sale" thread..

    good lookin out on the reading man! Are the statutes online somewhere?

    Anyways you were right w/ the first choice, I'm no domestic violence offender. Violent crime and I will actually be appealing, it was a wrong place/wrong time type of deal... I'm not as crazy as they tried to make me out, I have (almost) no real background as far as convictions/arrests, and I've calmed down a lot since before this happened.. I just happened to be around some friends, and well old habits die hard. No guns of any sort, but I'm hoping to get it reversed, I honestly believe they are mixing me up for someone. I just want to put this behind me and move on as I have been, every motion seems to take 6 months though.. :sigh:

    I'm not a bad guy, ask my probation officer!
